Open Conversation history or Call recordings — play the audio, read the transcript.
Take me there3. Understand alerts
An alert means the care team was notified and is on it — you are not expected to act. Choose your notification level (Urgent / High / Medium).
Take me there4. Know how to reach the team
Request a callback any time; the team phones you back.
5. Respect the privacy basics
Recordings and transcripts are for you and the care team — please don't forward them. PINs are personal.
