From your dashboard, select the loved one and go to 'Call Schedule'. You can set the time of day, which days of the week, and even set up multiple call times. Nonni.ai will automatically call at the scheduled times.

If they don't answer, we'll try again after a set interval (which you can customize). If they still don't answer after the retry attempts, you'll receive an alert so you can check on them.

Your data is stored encrypted in Australia (AWS Sydney). AI processing is currently handled by our enterprise AI providers in the US under Zero Data Retention (in progress). We use enterprise-grade security measures to protect your information.

Who can access my loved one's information?

Only you and the family members you explicitly invite can access the data. Our team does not access individual call data unless required for support at your request.

How long do you retain call recordings?

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 12 months by default. You can request deletion at any time, and all data is permanently removed when you close your account.
